During Diddy's federal trial this summer, Cassie Ventura's friend Bryana Bongolan testified against him. In 2024, she sued him.
Even though Diddy is currently completing his sentence in prison, his lawsuits are still piling up. After learning of his destiny earlier this month, it was rumored that the entrepreneur was facing at least 70 lawsuits. Since it was first filed in 2024, the one we are going to talk about most likely already existed in that original stack.
However, we are putting up this older one since, as of this week, it has been changed. In this instance, Cassie Ventura's close friend Bryana Bongolan was involved. At first, she claimed that he had abused her "on or about September 26, 2016."
Diddy allegedly held her twice over Cassie's 17th-floor balcony, according to Bongolan. The Bad Boy CEO allegedly threw her against patio furniture and groped her breasts during the terrifying incident.
She was among the numerous witnesses who spoke on the witness stand during Diddy's trial this summer and discussed the alleged occurrence. At the time, Bongolan claimed, "I scream in my sleep and suffer night terrors and paranoia." She also reported to the jury that she experienced severe emotional distress, neck and back discomfort, and bruising.
However, Bongolan has acknowledged that she is not entirely sure when it occurred, which is why the adjustments were made. Her suit has been amended to reflect her horrific experience.
